A gamified crisis and continuity simulation is an innovative, exciting and very engaging approach that allows individuals or teams to navigate through various scenarios and test their ability to respond to crisis situations and maintain business continuity. These simulations are designed to replicate real-life crisis situations, such as natural disasters, cyber-attacks, or pandemics, and provide a safe environment for participants to learn, practice, and improve their crisis management response and recovery skills.
Crisis management and Business Continuity are important concepts for the GCC nations, even more so post the COVID-19 pandemic. It is expected that not only must organizations create documentation to effectively implement Crisis management and Business Continuity, but also ensure regular testing and exercising, at least once a year.
Testing a crisis management or business continuity plan is of enhances overall organizational preparedness. Firstly, testing allows the organization to identify any gaps or weaknesses in their plan. By going through simulated crisis situations, the organization can uncover any flaws in their response strategies or any bottlenecks in their communication protocols. This information allows the organization to make the necessary adjustments and improvements to their plan, minimizing potential risks and ensuring a smoother execution in a real crisis. By practicing the plan in a controlled environment, this simulation provides a valuable learning opportunity as employees can fine-tune their decision-making abilities, problem-solving skills, and teamwork, all of which are crucial in managing a crisis.
As you play our games & simulation, your team will be learning real-life challenges of Crisis Management (including the flexibility to make dynamic decisions as situations change).
Our design is aligned to the requirements of the ISO 22361:2022 Crisis Management standard (crisis strategy, approach, communication, leadership, decisions).
